Blog Reads on Sunday 4/12/22

I've been telling all dorks about blogging, but I  guess I'm talking to the wrong person. And when I tell about blogging, making money out of it, or to spread your story through blogs, again, I get no audience. So, out of my frustration of being unheard and being invisible, I have started to do my homework and prove my story.

And, today, this is the first blog I'm reading and sharing on a beautiful Sunday morning at the tropics.

From the caption, the topic is evident. Just like this blog and many other blogs out there, people are writing about 2023 trends. Sometimes, It all sounds same and boring. Yet, it's a standard practice to showcase what the future holds.

And, did I spot here -  The rise of conversational marketing

Basically, chat boxes are getting smarter! They have become good in conversing with the customer. So, instead of the typical one sided questions, the dialogue with the customer will become more meaningful, and useful. So, just like a real human, it  will act like a human! Wow. So, machines are on the rise as they are able to synthesize human words and respond accordingly.  More reading about Conversation Marketing.
